On February 22nd, 2010 @ 4:30pm, the IEEE CS members in Tunisia were met in the Computer Engineering Department, National School of Engineers of Sfax.
With the presence of Professor Mourad Loulou, the current Tunisia section chair, the meeting starts by a welcome address of Professor Mohamed Jemail, Head of the department and Professor Ahmed Hadj Kacem, Chair of the Tunisia chapter for 2009.
After that, participants discuss the chapter activities after one year since its establishment, and thank Professor Ahmed Hadj Kacem for his great efforts to establish the Tunisia chapter and his voluntarism for the benefit of computer members.
At the end of this meeting, all participants nominate Professor Adel M. Alimi as 2010 chapter chair. He promises all members to continue the policy of my predecessor, and to foster technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of computer members.
